Enthusiastic and relationship-focused Jenna pairs her rep expertise with a sharp design eye. She has an interior design degree from Purdue University and more than 15 years of experience in architectural design, corporate interior, and sales. Jenna’s deep love of the industry and design is coupled with a drive to continue to learn, building trusted relationships with clients and designers to elevate interiors across industries. Jenna thrives on collaboration, new relationships, ideas for growth in the industry and she champions sustainable, impactful design while supporting clients in achieving their vision.

Jenna has a love for the outdoors, being active, and gardening. She spends a lot of these activities with her husband and two girls who keep her on her toes.

Jason keeps the wheels turning behind the scenes at Perk. With multiple degrees in nuclear engineering, he brings a sharp analytical mind and a love of spreadsheets to everything from managing finances and taxes to keeping our operations running smoothly. He has a passion for technology integration and ways to streamline Perk’s processes.

He’s equally comfortable crunching numbers as he is jumping in to help with day-to-day needs, including making sure the right furniture samples get where they need to go. His mix of technical expertise, attention to detail, and willingness to roll up his sleeves makes him an invaluable part of our team.

When he’s not perfecting a spreadsheet or streamlining processes, you can usually find him running around with his girls, exercising, or on the golf course. 

With a background in commercial interiors and a strong focus on new business, Kaitlin blends creativity, strategy, and an eye for detail to shape meaningful spaces. With over a decade of experience in design, paired with an interior design degree from the University of Kentucky, allow her to bring ideas to life with intention and precision. She thrives under pressure and enjoys the challenge of translating current trends into adaptable spaces that meet user needs while staying true to budget and schedule. Driven by a commitment to client satisfaction and continuous growth, she approaches every project as an opportunity to learn and values building strong relationships with clients and industry partners.

Kaitlin brings the same care to her work as she does to her off-hours, where you’ll likely find her spending time with friends, her cats, or her golden retriever, Bogey. Growing up in West Virginia instilled a deep love for the outdoors and nature, balanced by a passion for house projects, needlepoint, reading, and her ever-growing houseplant collection.
