We provide product information, brand representation, project support, and connection to partner manufacturers (“Partner Manufacturers”). We do not manufacture or sell products directly unless expressly stated.

You may use the Site for lawful business purposes related to exploring the products and services represented by Perk Studio.

3. Business Relationships & Represented Lines

Perk Studio acts as a representative to Partner Manufacturers.
All product specifications, pricing, samples, lead times, warranties, and order terms are subject to each Partner Manufacturer’s policies.

Perk Studio:

  • Does not guarantee product availability, performance, or timelines.
  • Is not liable for errors in manufacturer-provided materials.
  • Does not assume responsibility for manufacturing, shipping, installation, or product defects.

Your business relationship for any purchase or claim is directly with the Partner Manufacturer or authorized dealer.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, photos, digital downloads, and layouts—is the property of Perk Studio or its Partner Manufacturers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Reproduce or redistribute Site content without written consent
  • Use manufacturer assets beyond permitted use for project presentations or specifications

5. Links to Third-Party Sites

The Site may include links to third-party websites, including manufacturers, dealers, or partners. We do not endorse or control these sites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or actions.
